Not OK: Fat inbetween meals

Hi Bee,

I just read 's comments below and am concerned. I often will have a tsp up

to a tb of butter or coconut oil here and there if I have to wait extra hours

between meals. Is this bad? I thought I read somewhere that it was OK.

Also, don't eat coconut oil on it's own without protein as the fat will turn

into glucose too fast on it's own if eaten without protein.>
