Guest guest
I am a newbe on this board and to this diet but today was like this: a glass of mango juice and a cup of coffee before exercise. a big bowel of oatmeal with cinnamon and applesauce for breakfast. a salad with lots of greens, shrimp, feta cheese and oil, lemon and herbs for dressing. I also had a dish of canned pineapple and a cup of tea for lunch. Supper was chilli made with ground beef, canned stewed tomatoes, black beans and seasoning, a piece of cinnamon raisin Ezekial bread with butter and a handfull of trail mix for dessert. And now a question, A lot of you seem to be eating supper foods for breakfast, any special reason why? Kat
Guest guest
Hello, CB In the LR book cinnamon and butter are both neutral for a secretor. As for the coffee, I know it is an avoid but I just don't intend to give it up yet. The trail mix was carob chips, walnuts and dried cranberries. Guest guest
Well, you can always purchase them from me @ : http://foodforyourbloodn.goemerchant7.com <http://foodforyourbloodn.goemerchant7.com/> Love daily diet Hello all. I have just purchased two more books, the Cookbook and the supplementary food guide. Couldn't find the encyclopedia. Tom, I am still waiting on that diet of just eating the same simple things every day to give my body time to adjust without making mistakes in picking foods. Today I discovered rice noodles! Fake pasta which is a good find for me since I am a carb addict. What is farmers cheese? I love bread and cheese and pasta so this diet (or way of life) is going to be a steep learning curve for me. Any input is appreciated. Couldn't find the Deflect. Don't know if they sell it in Australia but I will be home to the States for Christmas so I will stock up then. Guest guest
From Bee's site I calculated this is what I need 68 grams of protein 170-238 grams of fat 54 grams of carbs The fitday sample below is what I'll have for tomorrow and usually not much change expect for maybe lunch when I would have some chicken or tuna. I appears I'm getting too much fat and protein. How does everyone else's meal planner for the day look? Ummm trying to figure out how to reduce the protein and fats especially when I take the fats required ie coconut oil, olive oil, butter and CLO ..... any ideas anyone? From the fitday below I'm getting 264.4 grams of fat, 47.3 grams of carbs and 81 grams of protein and 2784 calories. This may be the cause for the weight gain thanks madonna Food Name Amount Unit Cals Fat (g) Carbs (g) Prot (g) Delete Total 2,784 264.4 47.3 81.4 Fish oil, cod liver cuptbsptspgramskglboz 245 27.2 0.0 0.0 Spinach, raw cupbunchleafbaby leafgramskglboz 14 0.2 2.2 1.7 Coconut oil cuptablespoongramskglboz 938 108.8 0.0 0.0 Butter cuptablespoonindividual containerpatGuideline amount per slice of bread/rollgramskglboz 407 46.1 0.0 0.5 Egg, whole, raw cup (4.86 eggs)extra largejumbolargemediumsmallgramskglboz 358 24.9 1.9 31.4 Spinach, raw cupbunchleafbaby leafgramskglboz 21 0.4 3.3 2.6 Cucumber, raw cupcup, pared, choppedcup, slicedcup, unpared, choppedoz, raw, yieldslarge (8-1/4 " long)slicesmall (6-3/8 " long)stick, 4 " longmedium (7 " long)gramskglboz 8 0.1 1.5 0.4 Peppers, sweet, yellow, raw pepper, large (3-3/4 " long, 3 " dia)stripsgramskglboz 15 0.1 3.6 0.6 Olive oil cuptablespoongramskglboz 239 27.0 0.0 0.0 Spinach, cooked cupgramskglboz 235 13.1 21.6 16.9 Chicken cup, cooked, dicedoz, boneless, cookedoz, boneless, raw (yield after cooking)oz, with bone, cooked (yield after bone removed)oz, with bone, raw (yield after cooking, bone removed)cubic inch, boneless, cookedlarge piece (yield after cooking, bone removed)medium piece (yield after cooking, bone removed)medium slice (approx 2 " x 1-1/2 " x 1/4 " )small piece (yield after cooking, bone removed)thick slice (approx 2 " x 1-1/2 " x 3/8 " )thin slice (approx 2 " x 1-1/2 " x 1/8 " )gramskglboz 202 11.5 0.0 23.0 Broccoli, cooked cupcup, floweretsfloweretspear (about 5 " long)gramskglboz 103 5.1 13.2 4.4 Total 2,784 264.4 47.3 81.
