Worried about getting too many fats

Okay. I searched before I wrote this, but I didn't see anything exactly, only

sort of...

According to ratios, I need 150 grams of fat. Now if I was up to the 6 T of

Coconut Oil per day plus 3 eggs and 2 T of Ghee for the egg drink, I am at 122 g

of fat. According to Fitday. Is this right? I am having trouble getting my

carbs up, and avocado and nuts seem to be a good fit, but then I exceed my fat!

I don't have to worry just yet, but when I get up to everything, I don't know

what to do about getting more carbs so I don't get too much fat? Help!
