Guest guest
Hi Bee, Just so you know Im reading alot on your site. But After you have done the candida version of diet long enough does this mean we can go back to eating fresh organic berries, yogurts etc.? I feel so bad that I'm about to take my sons fruit away. Back in the day I did GF/CF and we had such trouble getting him to eat we ended up doing ground meat with tons of vegetables cook in them and then between meat meals we would let him have raspberries, blue berries, etc. Before I started him with that eating plan we did no fruit at all for about 2 months. So part of me wonders if he even needs to follow the strict plan, but he needs the good fats because he has had none for so long. Years ago I follow dr. cooks ( ?) plan and I did not know what I was doing and I lost 30 pounds in a month, I was so sick I could hardly move. Ive always had sinus issues and when I went on that diet I knew the sinus thing would get worse but it got so bad I ended up on the surgery table. I was completely blocked and I had a chronic cough and i would throw up several times a day. So I am a bit scared to get back into this but I see your plan is much better and safer. I only followed the plan for 3 months and was able to knock out the candida systemically but I bet it was not long enough. Feel like Im almost getting back to square one.
