Guest guest
Last week I realized that while I was enjoying the treat of pork rinds, I did not know what oil they were cooked in. I contacted the company, but no answer yet. The label says 5 grams of fat per serving, but only 2 grams of saturated fat. So what is the other fat? And is it OK to eat? If someone could indicate the criteria here, it would be a help. And, of course, if there are specific brands that are OK, that would be a help, too. Thanks in advance.
