Guest guest
Bee, I imagine this is not recommended either... but I will ask about this because a friend has been using goji berry powder capsules, and her eyesight has definitely improved. Would it be okay to use these to help my eyesight? I know not to get the liquid, because that will contain sugar. Pam

No, it is definitely not recommended since it is a fruit which contains fructose that feeds candida. The best help for your eyes is vitamin A, plus the high good fats I recommend, plus oil soluble vitamins D & E, and omega 3, along with the other supplements and diet, since all of the nutrients work together so your body can heal itself naturally. There are no quick fixes. The best, Bee
