+++Hi Sue. You pick foods on the diet and try to avoid bad oils & fats,

additives, preservatives, etc. Your best bet is poached eggs, and secondly

steaks (have them hold the sauces), and of course vegetables.

I take my own salad dressing and ocean sea salt with me when I eat out. You can

ask for olive oil and lemon for your salads.
