Guest guest Posted April 11, 2009 Report Share Posted April 11, 2009 Hi, we just spent 2.5 hrs and $200 getting all the vitamins/oils etc. :0/ so...just wondering: 1. why do i have to buy A & D separately? 2. why do i have to buy calcium and magnesium separately?? 3. The dosages given on the supplement chart are for 1 Adult right? and this is supposed to last about 1 mo.???? 4. if we're using the cod liver oil, do we still need A and D separately? we on one income. this diet is going to cost WAY TOO MUCH $$ in vitamins alone...we haven't even shopped for food yet! and i won't be able to spend $200 a month or even every other month or even every 3 months. what are the vitamins that are ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY??? plz. keep in mind, this is for me, my husband, my 8 yr. old, and my nursing 6 mo. old. is there a " good " multi vitamin? and me and hubby may not even do it, what are most necessary for the kids?? this is really discouraging, and i'm thinking of just taking everything back and forgetting all about the whole thing. plz. help.
