Food can have a big impact on your emotions and brain function. Don sugar craving Can you use psyllium for fiber and what antioxidant to you use? I know I go for long periods of time without eating and this definately contributes to the craving I experience, although I think there is a huge emotional component... " the friend thats always there " as someone said. But I will be anxious to see if the cravings even come along if I do as you suggest. If you have to go all the way to the store to get something sweet, you might think twice about it.
