Guest guest
My recommendation is that you call my wellness advisor, Carol, at Needs.com . She has me on a 14 strain product called flora14 that she has researched extensively, shes at 18006341380, dont let her talk you into paying extra for 2nd day air shipping, i read that probiotics only lose a negligible amount of potency from heat, after all , the gut is hot!...any ways, it seems to be pretty good when i read the label and compared, Im old fashioned and like to use lactose powder too! Patti, I was told by a scientist here that all the beneficial bacteria sold can survive in your body only for three hours - so their benefit is only temporary. This scientist worked in the Food research institute. They had been working on this problem for a pretty long time and it took them 40 (forty) years to grow bacteriae able to survive for 12 hours and even replicate within your body. He founded a company after the revolution here and sells this product (and some other) and when I realized they work very well for me I became a distributor to get them cheap for me and my family. To make long story short - I do not promote this particular product but I think when looking for some beneficial product, one should ask the producer how long the bacteria survives in the body - it can make a difference! Guest guest
Hi, I have already mentioned it - it is fibre with these bacteria and some minerals. It is available here and few other countries (Ukraine, Austria) - sold by MLM system. I am working on more detailed info about the products they sell (and I take). If you are interested, backchannel me. Guest guest
Stanislava and I back channeled.... the european products "My personal experience - Soter - immediate success, I am going to take it till the end of my days Central " (powdered drink or tablets - multivitamins, minerals, bacteriae and whey, L-Carnitine.) - its advantageous to take this and forget about all B and C and other vit and min -there is all I need Aminoacids (called Aktivit) - great for energy, big difference when on and off Triumph (- imunomodulator - contains whey and another component invented here called "servisin" in form of tablets you let dissolve in your mouth. (they report good results and a study has just began - they give it iv to asthmatic children)- cannot say - I am on TF- another immunomodulator" She will be shipping me over one package of each (likely delivery within 10 days) and we'll see how Laurie and I respond to each... and report to the list. Thanks, Edy > Yes, it's a programmed response of gene expression rather than an inherited " true " case of Celiac sprue. So far I know of only one substitute for CSM Cholestyramine, and that is a strategy of mycotoxin avoidance that is so unbelievably concerted, that is is only a resort of people who have no other choice: Mycotoxin Avoidance Decontamination Neurotoxin Avoidance Survival Strategy. Most people consider this strategy to be so life destroying that it isn't worth it. I'm just amazed that it had such a profound effect when doctors had virtually no other options available and told me that I was totally out of luck. I choose this option until something better comes along. -
Guest guest
Does anyone know of any another ways to up the good bacteria fast? I am doing 1. cabbage drink recipe 2. sauerkraut 3. probiotic capsules I do water enema's and i am hoping this is not erasing all the work i am doing with the 3 things i listed above? IS it ever recommended for one to do a day of only probiotic drinks and foods? I am thinking if i one can get there flora up high their BM's will normalize? And really what is normal? My husband goes after every meal and then between some! I am lucky for 1 time a day. All the high fiber diet talk the last several years had me believing we must eliminate a good amount daily? i took fiber supplements for years and did some serious damage and would love to just be comfortable and not constipated so i am looking to gut flora as a possible answer? Thanks ya'll for lending an ear and maybe sharing some info, Cestli
Guest guest
Hi Cestli, There is no " fast way " of building up good bacteria in your system. You first need to give your body proper nutrition so that your own immune system can produce the good bacteria itself. This takes time and patience. Bee's diet including the supplements will provide all of the 'good nutrition' your body need to heal itself. Those probiotic drinks you are talking about are usually milk-based and milk (or in the form of yogurt) contains too much sugar for those suffering candida. Anyway, it's not necessarily the flora that determines how regular your BMs are. Normal BMs occur once a day or every second day if you haven't eaten much. If one eats a lot of fiber they will have more frequent BMs, but in that case, the food is moved along too quickly for nutrients to be absorbed. For more information, check this out: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu4_2_1.php If you are constipated, there are other treatments you can do: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig1.php and here is how you can improve your digestion: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu4_2_3.php Hope that helps! > > Does anyone know of any another ways to up the good bacteria fast? > <snip> > And really what is normal? > My husband goes after every meal and then between some! I assume you are constipated, and unfortunately there are no quick fixes. I suggest you start on this diet, and try to get all of the supplements as soon as you can. It will be important for you to take Betaine Hydrochloric Acid supplements to help your digestion - here's the instructions: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig5.php In the meantime I recommend you do the 9-Day Program: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig6.php Some people need to stay on Step 2 for longer than 8 days, and if you find you need to, stop doing the enemas every day; instead do the enemas every 4-5 days. I knew a lady in my support group in 1987 who had to stay on pureed foods for a very long time before she could eat solid foods again. Let me know how you do on the 9-Day program. Cheers, Bee

C rather than daily enema would be best? +++Hi Cestli. I suggest you do the 9-Day Program at this point in time. It will help you get through this easier: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig6.php Let me know how it goes. The best, Bee
