URGENT for NEVADA Ladies!

To anyone in Nevada, who wants your voice to be heard:

I've been getting bits and pieces of info today on the upcoming scheduled hearing that is to take place in Carson City, and Las Vegas. I will cut and paste all the letters together, so you can get an idea of what is going to be happening in the next week. Please make an effort to get involved, and share with the State legislators the trials you have been through as a result of your implant experience. This is the window of opportunity that has been opened. You must fly now!

You can make a difference by either e-mailing your story to the people listed below, or you can contact them to be included in the testimonial part of the hearing. Here are the relevant parts of the letters I have received so far:

An Assembly "Select Committee on Health and Legal Issues" has been formed with the purpose of hearing issues related to the Silicone Implant/Injection issues that have been brought to the attention of the State Legislature. I am proud to inform you that I have been appointed as a member of that committee. Committee hearing dates will be posted on the Legislature's website when scheduled.

The rule is that a hearing should be posted 3 days in advance

The first hearing will be held in Carson City. Plans are being made for a simultaneous video conference at the Grant Sawyer Office Building, 555 E. Washington Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada. Please check the Legislative website for final details.

Nevada will be the first state to help their people. Dr. Al Levin is going to go to Carson City with us, also channel 8 and 3 , the Nevada Trial Lawyers association. All of them are helping us research on the info we have already collected. This is for all persons who have been affected by silicone or saline breast implants or by injected silicone. This includes children born of mothers with silicone or nursed by them. Hard silicone ie: joints-TMJ-toes-knees-hips-wrists-spinal shunts, and men with testicular or penile implants. We are trying to get a group rate for the blood test on chemicals.
