Guest guest
, I'm not sure about tanning beds affecting the immune system, but I can tell you that I got burnt really bad in a tanning bed once. It wasn't even my first time, it was like the 4th or 5th time I'd been. I used to tan great, never burn, and then one summer at the beach I got a terrible sun burn, and sun poison on my chest. When I got burnt from the tanning bed, my chest was blistered I was burnt so bad. Just be careful

Guest guest
Hi Bee, What do you think of tanning beds? I use to use them alot. I always felt good after using them and faked looking healthier than I really was. Do you consider the moderate use of them dangerous? kelly

I've looked on his site before, but only saw that the safe ones were the one he sells. : ) > I guess I missed the list. Guest guest
> > Hi Bee, I wanted to know if I can use one of those safe tanning beds while also taking CLO. Thank you. > +++Hi Lore, No, you shouldn't use them when you are taking CLO. That is because safe tanning beds only emit UVB rays that create vitamin D on the skin. However, they do not emit UVA rays, which are the rays that automatically lower vitamin D levels when they happen to get too high by a combination of the vitamin D in CLO and UVB rays creating vitamin D on the skin. It is okay to go out in natural sunlight when you are taking CLO because the sun emits both UVB and UVA rays. Why use any kind of artificial means, like tanning beds, to tan your skin, since tanning is more about looks than it is about health?
