Guest guest Posted March 2, 2009 Report Share Posted March 2, 2009 Hey, first off, i want to thank Bee and for answering my first post about questions from a newbie and apologize that its taken me so long to answer back (college life can get hectic, specially with midterms). My name is but i'm usually just called Chris. I'm in my almost 6th week of following the diet and i have to say that at the moment it has reduced my acne by probably around 85% so i'm incredibly happy about that. However,the problem is that i workout a lot and i'm trying to gain weight so i've been thinking of going back on my whey protein powder but before i do i wanted to if doing so would have negative effects? I did a little research online and it seemed that people were saying that as long as its pure whey isolates it should be ok but i was definitely hoping to get an expert opinion here, so i appreciate all the answers.
