Guest guest
Hi , Not all brands of yeast flakes contain niacin. Mine doesn't. Also, most people can't find a balanced B complex with 'true' niacin, so you can get the one with the synthetic niacin and then buy a separate niacin. Generally Natural Factors or NOW brands are good for most of Bee's recommended vitamins. If you can't remember former answers... did you know that you can do a search of old messages to find some of those answers you are looking for? Hope that helps! > <snip> > > If we take the yeast flakes there is no need for extra niacin, right? I can't seem to find a b-complex with true niacin or a good calcium/ magnesium citrate in seperate forms. I know that you probably have recommended a specific brand of these Bee, but I don't recall what they were. Can you please tell me the brands that you recommend. Thanks a bunch. > > kelly >

Guest guest
> > hi > been out bought all supliments , for the candida diet etc the man at health shop a little suprised regards Yeast flakes , pls advice +++Hi Lee. Please ensure you buy Nutritional Yeast " Flakes " and not just nutritional yeast since it is a totally different product. The " flakes " do not cause problems for candida sufferers like other yeasts do. Bee
Guest guest
Hi Bee, Usually I put a tablespoon of yeast flakes on top of two eggs twice per day. Today however I was not that hungry and knew that I would only be able to have one serving of eggs so I put both servings of yeast flakes into one meal. Is this ok to do? Send healing hugs Bee with your response. I can very much use them. Bee is there anything that I can do to make the molars that are coming out come in any quicker? My body is under so much stress between the molars and the die off. It is so strange there have been days that I could handle 6 tablespoons of coconut oil as long as it is accompanied with food and then there are other days when I can barely handle 1-2 tablespoons. Why Bee? lots of luv kelly
Guest guest
> > I don't know why taking anything with the word yeast in it freaks me out, though I know this is a different yeast in the flakes.... >> Hi Deb, I know it's a weird concept...but if you get the right kind, they are ok. You want to be sure you get Nutritional Yeast Flakes. Red Star, Frontier and Now brand are all good ones. Here is what Bee wrote in another post about how to use them: _______________________________ +++You take 2 heaping tablespoons of nutritional yeast flakes per day, which can be mixed in water, or added to soup, stew, etc. or Bee's egg drink if you don't mind the taste. It has a kind of nutty flavour which most people don't mind. To get an idea of the flavor add a small amount to plain water and taste it. ________________________ I hope this helps, Jackie

Guest guest
> > Jackie, thank u!! Is there a website? Also how do they taste? +++Hi Deb. Nutritional Yeast Flakes taste a bit nutty. When you get it, to check the flavour just mix some in a little water so you can see if you would like it added to Bee's Egg Drink, soups or stews. You can take it mixed in water all the time if you wish. You can buy NOW Foods Nutritional Yeast Flakes at iherb - see No. 5 on this list: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/resource/iherb.php The best, Bee
