Hi Lana,

I am looking for the same thing. I have taken some recipes from the library

and other places and am adjusting the oils and ingredients to include the

nutrients more beneficial for older dryer skin, such as apricot oil, avocado

oil, blackcurrant oil, Borage seed oil, calendula oil, carrot oil, evening

primrose, jojoba, kuikui nut oil, rose hip oil, shea butter, vitamins, and so

forth. I think the best answer is to just start experimenting until you get

one that works wonderfully with your skin type and sensitivities. Good luck.

I don't have a recipe but try honey---I use it and when you apply it to your

face you leave it about 15-20 min and the results have lated for about 2

weeks. You can see a noticable difference. Try it on one of the backs of

your hands and you will be to compare the difference with the other. I and

my friends do this when we have a pamper party. Glitz

sufferers and what brand of green leaf stevia to use.

+++Hi. What is your name? What zucchini recipe are you referring to?

There is no brand for stevia, since it is the ground up green leaf you buy - it

is available at most health stores like other ground up spices, or at Mountain

Rose Herbs if you live in North America. Do not use any kind of processed

stevia product.

My name is Angie and I've looked at our local health food stores. They didn't

even know that you could get it green and unprocessed. I'm wondering about the

taste, as it would be nice to have some type of bread with alot of butter.

The recipe is the one on the list called Almond Zucchini bread and calls for

green leaf stevia powder. It shows it safe for candida sufferers.

+++Hi Angie. We understand why you would want some kind of bread, but your

cravings for it will decrease as you continue on this program, since it is

caused by an addiction for carbs/sugars.

I don't recommend making Almond Zucchini Bread, and I probably should delete it,

since any almond flour available is not properly prepared first, by soaking the

raw almonds to remove substances that bind up minerals in the gut, and interfere

with protein digestion.

Also a lot of almonds are now being irradiated (zapped with radiation) which

damage's the body's cells if consumed, just like microwaving foods and drinks

do.

You'd be better off making the Spinach Bread or Vegetable Chips:
