Guest guest
Hi folks, I have checked out a few groups and reading through a few Messages here, it appears Bee's group is well read and researched. I am finally tired of these symptoms and ready to get serious. My doctor has diagnosed this hideous Candida disease about 2 year ago, got on top of it for a little while but without a strict diet afraid it came back in spades. Couple of quick questions 1. Currently on Fluconazole – Any comments on this prescription drug? 2. Does Bee have a daily meal plan to get started? I am confused on the different drinks, and supplements to take daily, what interval, what concentration to start when to increase, etc. Also looking for a daily meal plan suggestion that my can use to get her buy-in and commitment. Thanks ahead for any response
Guest guest
Hi There, Could you give us a name so that we know who we are talking to? Thanks! Bee's program is all you will need to heal your candida overgrowth. The basic idea is that if you can strengthen your immune system, your body will be able to heal itself. You do this by first cutting out all the toxic foods and other elements that cause the body to work overtime to get rid of them. Next, you eat foods that nourish the body and you take supplements to help support the body since it's likely been malnourished for some time. To answer your questions: 1) Bee doesn't recommend Fluconazole because it's a drug that is really hard on the liver. You will never heal your body naturally as long as you keep polluting it with toxic elements. Natural antifungals like coconut oil, garlic and oil of oregano are better and are toxic. Plus, they have added benefits for the body. 2)There is a link for ideas for daily menus, etc. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_7.php but I think it's better if you start from the beginning and make gradual changes to your own diet. If you transition too quickly to this diet, you might experience constipation or severe die-off. There are some articles you can read to get started. There will you find out the steps involved on Bee's program: -How to Successfully Overcome Candida http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php -Curing Candida, How to Get Started http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For motivation and inspiration, take a look at the Success Stories: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php Have a read and get back to us with any further questions you might have. > > Hi folks, <snip> > Couple of quick questions > 1. Guest guest
DB here, or Darrell Thanks , I guess what I am looking for is a starter grocery list so I go to the store and buy the goods and then try and talk my wife into cooking this way. If I do it afraid I'll burn the place down or poison myself. She is real concerned about coconut oil and the egg drink as we are really trying to get my LDL down, lot of heriditary heart disease and trying to not start Lipitrol. I'll go to sites you recommend and try to get a starter list together.

So go on Bee's site and type in " shopping list " and you'll see the PDF you can print out . If I do it afraid I'll burn the place down or > poison myself. She is real concerned about coconut oil and the egg > drink as we are really trying to get my LDL down, lot of heriditary > heart disease and trying to not start Lipitrol. *** Eggs are one of the best foods you can nourish your body with. Often when people have " high cholesterol " (and what this number is keeps getting played with by the doctors who are trained by the drug-makers) it is a sign that their body is trying to heal itself and is trying to use cholesterol to heal. So you really need to heal the underlying condition (Candida) and not the body's expression of healing. Bee's high good fat /low sugar/low toxins diet will help your body heal. Statins are poison. ***In this link, you will find a couple of websites that will help you understand why the cholesterol theory is false (especially look at " The Cholesterol Myths " by Dr. Ravinskov). This is the long answer. For a briefer review of the issue here is: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/gallbl1.php#a6 Also, this article on getting started deals with this issue: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php *** Here is another article that is very helpful to give you some perspective on the processed food industry and how it destroys the food in our food. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/corrupt3.php Hope this helps, Marissa
Guest guest
Hi Darrell - it's good to know your name! Your wife could try this food list for grocery shopping: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foodslist.php I understand your concern about eggs and coconut oil. Media and the pharmaceutical industry want us to believe that this two things are unhealthy for us, but in reality it couldn't be farther from the truth. I've been reading Dr. Uffe Ravnskov's book called The Cholesterol Myths and he says that high cholesterol isn't something to worry about. I've also emailed him directly and he said that there is no scientific proof that eating a low-fat, high-carb diet is good for anyone and that cholesterol is produced by the body and can't be significantly changed by what a person eats. Also, my husband just found scientific research that states that lauric acid (found in coconut oil) is beneficial for the body. For more information on this, check out his website: http://www.ravnskov.nu/cholesterol.htm Hope that helps! <snip>. Guest guest
Boy it will be hard to tread against my doctor's and the general medical trend. If the Dr work means total cholestrol is not that bad I can see that it is the LDL portion of the total number being high that can not be that good for you. Guest guest
Hi Darrell, It's usually pretty difficult to go against the medical community. Many of them only believe what the pharmaceutical companies tell them, which is the biased research they use to line their own pockets. It's a fairly corrupt industry, unfortunately. Many doctors don't believe that people can have an overgrowth of candida either, but here we all are. I understand that it is a tough battle to go against your doctor's beliefs. I'm currently in that situation and can definitely say that it is not easy. > > Boy it will be hard to tread against my doctor's and the general medical trend. Not even the LDL portion should be considered because your body produces the kinds of cholesterol it requires in order to maintain health. Also cholesterol will increase when the body is detoxifying, and afterward it will adjust to normal levels. Bee
