has anyone on this group experienced unreality feelings,feeling like

they are not here as though you are looking at life behind a thick

sheet of glass, it would be good if someone has had these feelings and

are now getting better on the programme,

I have only just started it and it would be nice to know i am not the

only one to had had these symptoms.
