Just wanted to say thank you to Bee and others here that answered my questions

about my rash on my body and the body spasms and stiffness.

I appreciate all your help and God bless you all.

> Hello Bee,

> I was doing some reading on your site for information about the pancreas and

came across a statement about xanthomas-fatty deposits in the skin which are

caused by high triglycerides. I was very interested in the article as my husband

has lots of fatty deposits under his skin. I wanted to say thank you for

providing such awesome information at our fingertips! I am now hoping I can show

him your information and it will encourage him to make some changes.

> He tends to be skeptical of non-traditional health approaches as I have tried

nearly everything under the sun throughout our years together in my quest for

good health. Now that I believe I have found the answer in your diet he isn't

totally convinced of its merit; and I understand why. I hope that in time my

wonderful healing will be testimony to him that this really is the answer I have

needed all of these years.

> I feel like your site has layer upon layer of information that I have yet to

explore! I am considering printing out some of the information you provide to

have on hand as an easy reference. I am assuming this is OK?

> Thanks again and again and again,

+++Hi Darlene. Yes, it is okay to print out any information on my website.

Good luck with your husband.

All the best, Bee

Darlene B.,

Can you post a link to the article you mentioned above? Perhaps it's one I

already read, but I'd like to understand this better. I have tiny xanthomas on

my forehead and around my eyes.

Thanks!

+++Hi W. High triglycerides are caused by sugars and high-carbs.

Hi ,

I came across a statement that xanthomas are caused by high triglycerides while

reading some info about the pancreas. It really didn't elaborate anymore than

that. If you go to Bee's site and type xanthomas in the search bar it will bring

up the page containing that statement. I don't know how to send a link on the

like I can in my normal email. It doesn't seem to work for me.

HTH,

Darlene B.

Bee,

Well then that is not the cause of my xanthomas then as I am not eating sugars

and my carb count is around 20g per day. Still if Darlene B. could please point

me to the article, I don't see any harm in reading it with the hope of finding

out what's causing my xanthomas.

Hi Bee,

Yes. I had some before I began your program. But new ones have formed around my

eyes...on the lids and beneath my eyes. Very unsightly and definitely not

normal. Ugh.
