Guest guest
is it your skin that itches? my joints on my left hand went through retracing, i think, itching, or kind of just uncomfortable. i figured out that i needed more magnesium, and other minerals probably. in terms of just plain itching, well, maybe back off your coconut oil, if you can't bear the die-off and check if you're on diet. elisa On 3-Feb-09, at 6:24 PM, wrote: > what can I do to stop this nagging itchy palm. Guest guest
> > I look forward to reading the responses to this. My right one drives me insane! +++Hi Liz. Itching is caused by an immune system reaction during natural healing - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat14.php The best, Bee

Guest guest
I too, am so grateful for what I have already learned on this site... 4a-I experienced itching, swelling, throbbing, redness, on my right hand too, and wasn't sure why...it was explained to me that my right hand was far worse because I am right-handed and use that hand more than my left. It didn't make sense until I heard why, and now I know what caused the itching! 5a-I too, have been having dreams on and off of sweets...of cheating...of chocolate, caramels, etc. I thought I was going crazy...or obsessed about food! Another normal symptom... Lemon water-this is the best trick yet! I have had NO sugar cravings for 3 days! I wish I knew this trick a month ago when I felt like a smoker who couldn't have a cigarette! I stopped into the health store today...asked questions about particular flours so I could maybe bake something...mentioned Candida...the clerk said they have a 6-week protocol which includes: 1x-2x a day: 6 oz. water+2 oz. unsweetened juice 2 tsp Caprol (liquid caprylic acid) 1 well-rounded tsp Psyllium powder 1 TBS liquid Bentonite and add: 1 capsule Ultra Flora IB or 2 capsules of LactoViden and BifoViden (open and mix in.) He claimed a woman who had a score of 9 out of 10 on a Candida scale (don't know what test), did this, the anti-Candida diet for 6 weeks, and is now adding back one food a day (now has a score of 2/10). Sounds too good to be true. Is it? I'd be interested to know your thoughts, Bee, and if it would be as effective as what we're all doing? I'd love an explanation of what all of these ingredients are. Thanks for all you do. Kirsten

It will help you maintain life-long health after curing your candida. > > 4a-I experienced itching, swelling, throbbing, redness, on my right hand too, and wasn't sure why...it was explained to me that my right hand was far worse because I am right-handed and use that hand more than my left. When we understand how the body heals itself and why it creates such reactions, it is comforting. Then we know are on the right track! > > 5a-I too, have been having dreams on and off of sweets...of cheating...of chocolate, caramels, etc. I thought I was going crazy...or obsessed about food! People are only fooling themselves into thinking candida can be " killed off " or somehow " gotten rid of, " but it doesn't work that way. The only way to cure candida is to build up the immune system mainly with " proper nutrients. " +++Most of the ingredients in that product are on my Not Recommended List, i.e. bentonite, psyllium, etc. Also caprylic acid is derived from coconuts, but we take the " real thing " instead. Here's my extensive Not Recommended things: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu6_2.php > > Thanks for all you do. +++You are very welcome my friend. Do good, eh? Guest guest
The coconut oil helps with my hand itching too. Sometimes I will scratch it until it turns red.
