Why aren't documents listed in files section available????

The files section is a SUPER great resource, but I clicked on over 4

files, and said the files were not available....several were

rather recent files. Is this just a thing at current time, or

are many files listed simply NOT downloadable??? Thanks Shybasset

not been updated, and they shouldn't be used. Go to:
