Guest guest
Hey Bee, as a follow up to our conversation, I called the Kal stevia company to ask how the stevia gets white. they said its naturally white - the difference is that they extract the sweet part only where the green leaf stevia is a powder made from the whole leaf. I've switched to green leaf to see if I feel any differences. Thanks again for the help.

I suspected that; so they are " extracting, " meaning they have to process it or do something chemically to get white powder instead of green, eh? > > I've switched to green leaf to see if I feel any differences. +++Good, I think it is best to get products as close to nature as possible.
