Guest guest
My guess is in solid form since it is suggested you just store it in your pantry. Although it pretty much turns to liquid once you put it in your mouth. > > Hi bee and all, > > Just a bit confuse regarding the right measurement for coconut oil. If you mention 6 tablespoon a day, does it means 6 tablespoons in solid or in liquid form? Because the solid form of 1 Tablespoon coconut oil, turned up into 2 Tablespoon when its liquefied. > > Please kindly advise. > > Many thanks, > Dewi. > > > > >

Measurements of coconut oil are always the liquid form, since you do not refrigerate it; it keeps for 2 years on your counter or in the cupboard. Guest guest
>> because in my drawer I have two tablespoons, and they are very different in shape and thus quantity. , From Google I found a Tbsp to ml converter. Six tbsp is equivalent to 88.694 mls. Six tbsp is also equivalent to 1/2 cup. Cheers, ---- and the JRTs & BC Nunn, CO

You are so right, Lis. My mistake. Well, I've been eating 8 tbsp of CO for about 2 or 3 months now... Thanks for setting me straight. ---- and the JRTs & BC Nunn, CO

And I'm sure you're all the healthier for it I'm so glad that Bee has taught us the importance of extra virgin coconut oil. I've been doing a lot of reading about it in the past few days, and it's amazing stuff - so incredibly healthy. It's a medium chain fatty acid - different than other fats - and antiviral, antimicrobial, anti-fungal, and antibacterial. Yet many people don't seem to know that, and no other health program seems to emphasize it as much as Bee's does. Thank you so much, Bee, for giving us the important info we need to become healthier ! Your health improvement program is truly the best ! Guest guest
I ended up having too much CO last nite. For most of the nite I felt like I was going to hurl (throw up). Not fun waking up to that feeling. I'll slow it down a bit ie I think it was just too much oil for my body.

It isn't too much oil for your body, but coconut oil is antifungal, antibacterial, antiviral, etc. so it will create die-off/healing symptoms - see this article to understand more about die-off symptoms: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal2.php When candida is being killed off in the stomach it will cause nausea and stomach upsets. Next time you get nausea take 1/4 tsp. of baking soda in 4-5 ounces of water and sip it slowly, stopping when the nausea passes. If your body gets too much of any " good " oils or fats I recommend it will automatically throw off the excess, unlike " bad " oils and fats discussed in my candida article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Please ensure you are following Curing Candida, How to Get Started, so you don't overdo it taking coconut oil and other good fats at the beginning. That's why you start with small amounts and only gradually increase them: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php You cannot push your body to get healthy any sooner, since it needs time to heal itself naturally. So " more is not better. " The best to you, Bee
