Guest guest
Hi there Bee and everyone, i am so happy about the things happening to all of us. I have been reading and dieting with Bee's program for only 2 months and, do I see enormous changes in my mood, my physical health and everything, it's just amazing! I feel like I am a rock whom everyone can hold on to for whatever they need, I just keep spreading the word around about what is actually a good diet for ANYONE who wants to rebuild health (from what i can piece together)!! Ok now what I wanted to ask is, how do you know when you have healed most of the body? Is it when you do not have any symptoms? I feel most of the time just great, with a little stiffness in the legs sometimes thought. I realize that it's by being aware of your own self that you can answer to that question but, still i am asking for curiosity? Secondly: Which food could be reintroduced first? Again my feeling is that it must be the lowest carbohydrate content foods like :homemade yogurt, raw milk hard cheese, nuts & seeds, rutabaga, sweet potatoes, sourdough homemade bread, etc... some of these food, if eaten infrequently, could be alright? I am not craving for these food, cause I feel so nourished by this diet that I could just eat like this for the rest of my life. But I do find it hard to eat out, cause I have to carry my lunch bag around, and I sure enjoyed the little yogurt, hard cheese, piece of bread, or even a healthy dessert took with pleasant surrounding of friends and family once in a while. Thanks for reading and answering, and I apologize if the same question have been already asked, I didn't find it. Fred

That's fabulous! I'm so happy for you. Spreading the word is important so people understand modern foods/diets cause so many health problems. +++It takes 1 month of natural healing for every year you've been unhealthy, and for most people nowadays that is since before they were born (we acquire our parent's " nutritional status " upon conception). +++If you were sick as an infant or child, took antibiotics and other drugs or medicines, ate modern foods, etc. you should do the program faithfully for your age in months, i.e. if you are 40 years old that equals 40 months on this program. Even after that the most important factor in staying healthy is giving your body " proper nutrients " and avoid toxins and modern processed foods, even though you can add some other foods. +++That is correct to add lower carb foods first, but some raw nuts & seeds are allowed on this program now IF they are properly soaked and dried first. But of course they are hard for anyone to digest even when healthy, so they should only be consumed in small amounts. +++I believe everyone should avoid gluten grains because they are genetically modified and grown with fungal-type toxins in them, which is damaging to anyone's health - that's the reason I rarely have grains even though I don't have candida. Instead, use grains like buckwheat, quinoa, millet, brown rice. +++I am still eating very healthy even though my candida was cured over 20 years ago. Even now I take some things with me when I eat at restaurants or at other people's homes, i.e. ocean sea salt, homemade salad dressing, and butter, if necessary. +++Having yogurt, hard cheese, etc. occasionally doesn't cause problems if most of your meals are following the diet.
