Guest guest
Wow you poor thing! I had fibroids in my breast and PCOS (cysts on my ovaries) and all went away with 50 mgs of Iodoral. It sounds like part of your problem is iodine. Have you had your thyroid and hormone levels checked? After 4 kiddos you are probably somewhat out of balance. What have you done so far in your medical treatment? Newbi Hello all,My name is Jamila. I am 29 years old, I stay at home with my four children.I have Hashimotos and recently have been diagnosed with Fibroids. I am seeing a TCM doctor and some of my complaints are less. I am not anemic anymore, taking Hematin (Midwife suggestion) and I am resting all the time. I am not short of breathe and I can walk w/out holding someone. I guess I got severely anemic, I have been bleeding now for more than 60 days.I am however still in a lot of pain. I am looking for help.Thank you for reading,Jamila Cheap Talk? Guest guest
I just got my TSH back yesterday, 5.6, Free T4 11.something. My Hemoglobin at 10 (I attribute it being better than a whooping 4 last time from the Hematin I have been taking the last two in half or so weeks) My Endocrinologist added a half of a Synthroid extra on Sundays. I am taking 137 MCG's.I was missing my periods and my Endo did some blood work and said I had PCOS as well. Now I cannot stop the bleeding. Weird!I am seeing a TCM doctor, she is giving me some nasty herbs and acupuncture weekly. She said I have some liver and spleen deficiency and low Chi. I don't really know what all that means, but thats what she said.Thats it.How do you know if you have an iodine problem?ladybugsandbees <ladybugsandbees@...> wrote: Wow you poor thing! Please don't tell me I have to drink it black :0( +++Hi beth. Since you are just starting on this program, you need to change over to this diet slowly - ensure you've read How to Successfully Overcome Candida and Curing Candida, How to Get Started so you understand what you need to eliminate, how, and why: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/candida/index.php For example, you would eliminate all fruits on this program, except small amounts of lemons and limes. Also you'll eliminate all grains, including brown rice. Also you start taking unrefined coconut oil as your only antifungal, and not garlic until you are able to take 6 tbsp. per day. Also you do not start taking probiotics until the last step of the program. Probiotics are useless until the candida numbers are low anyway, and they also cause die-off symptoms, so you should only take coconut oil now. What is " statin? " The best in health, Bee

You have to add antifungal fats like butter and coconut oil slowly, but other fats like lard and tallow you can use liberally. Be sure to follow Bee's food chart, it doesn't seem like you are. Milk, fruits, rice are not allowed. This is very important in order to get well, as are the supplements. I am sure that Bee will recommend getting off statins. kelly
