Guest guest
Hi...Can someone help me understand the supplement recommendations for the Cod liver oil and Fish oil. I understand that one is for winter and one is for summer but I am confused about the additions. For example in summer it says to take: Fish oil for Omega-3, and vitamin A from fish " liver " oil capsules (without vitamin D), i.e. cod, halibut or shark capsule – it must be " true " vitamin A, called retinol, and not other forms like palmitate or beta carotene Does this mean that I take fish oil with cod liver oil that I take in the winter months? Or is my cod liver oil for winter months not good because it has vit D in it? Can you recommend the brands you take? What do you take for the Vitamin A? What is a true fish oil that doesn't contain vit d? In the summer months do I not need extra vit A and D if I take fish oil capsules? Any product recommendations would be nice. I really want to do this correctly. Thank you,
