Yes, times change. We have methods that surpass cleaning teeth with a

fingernail, a chewed stick, and then oil swishing. That's all I'm saying.

all good,

I would like to do this but the only CS that I have seen are in tiny spray

bottles. Where would I get a good supply of CS and can you give me an

approximate cost for it? Thanks, Sylvia

Swansonvitamins.com has CS. I do not know how the price compares with other

sources, but this is one to consider. You can also get a machine to make your

own. There is one place called silverpuppy.com where you can look at one. If

you've got someone electronically inclined in your life, they can also be made

cheaper.

What is CS? I'm constantly confused because everyone talks like we all know

what you're talking about LoL.

Would you please explain ... thanks so much!

Hi

I don't know if the quality of home made colloidal silver machine is comparable

to the commercial stuff. I must say however that for those with some basic,

really basic electrical and mechanical skills, Iit is VERY easy and very

economical .. Less than $50 total including the silver will give you almost

alifetime of Colloidal Silver ....

Sylvia, most people on the health groups seem to make their own colloidal

silver. On the silver list they can tell you how to do it with a wall adapter, a

car battery, or a manufactured unit:

http://silverlist.org

If you buy colloidal silver by the quart or gallon you can get it at a good

price from some of these manufacturers. I sell CS locally for $12 a quart of

around 40 PPM and I've mailed it into the States too.

The cost to make my homemade high-power unit was about $40. It can make a quart

of 15 PPM in 30 seconds and is capable of continual operation. The method is

posted here:

Duncan, what kind of search would bring up good information as to how to make a

machine? I have not had success yet.

I explain how to DIY a colloidal silver maker from an old microwave oven circuit

on this page:

http://members.shaw.ca/duncancrow/colloidal_silver.html

If you want something simpler, a 50 volt unit that plugs into a telephone jack

should be easy to find.

Joining the silver list will be fruitful too :)

You can may Colloidal silver very easily, if you have the proper generator and

know what you are doing, Check out the " Silverwell " from Australia, believe me

it does work

Go to Utopia Advanced Silver, and you can find out anything you want to know,

and the silver they sell is very good, if you don't want to make it yourself.

Yikes, you are talking about collodial silver again! I can't believe it! I

would never, ever, ever put that on or in my body! I use Homeopathy, no need

for heavy metals. I will not pop in again. I just want to make other readers

think. Thank you in advance for not flaming me.

For teeth and gums you can't beat oil pulling with C.O. Also, make sure you

soak your tooth brush in peroxide at least once a week to kill bacteria and use

a new soft T.B. after an illness. Peroxide is too hard on tissue to use in the

mouth, so rinse you T.B. well after soaking.

exposure and does not want anymore heavy metal in her life.

Colloidal silver is not a heavy metal, and properly made, is totally non

toxic.

Your fear is misplaced.

Conversely, I have no need for homeopathy; actual molecules of most nutrients

are the real requirement for health. I do use colloidal silver and have been

since 1995. I put it and peroxide in my mouthwash and swish with that; it kills

bacteria 1000 times more effectively than each alone would, and unlike coconut

oil, which kills only lipid-enveloped organisms, pretty well all organisms

succumb to peroxide and colloidal silver. You wouldn't need to soak your

toothbrush in peroxide once a week when using coconut oil if you put a few drops

of it in your mouthwash or just brush with peroxide and colloidal silver.

I have no need to flame you for your suspicions, Dogs, but the data on colloidal

silver does not supoport your fear. Your friend is right to fear mercury though

but unlike silver, it deserves this consideration.

all good,

Duncan

You really are misinformed , try going to Ben 's site " Utopia Advanced

Silver " and know the truth about Colloidal silver. It was the antibiotic of the

time before the turn of the century. By the way , it is not a heavy metal, get

informed before you speak.

Well, that is not the case with me, I have been trying to gain weight and my

normal weight is about 105, but after surgery 5 yrs. ago, I lost 15lbs and still

have not been able to gain it back. I eat very well and take some vitamins, but

I guess it is just how I am. I have three children, and never gained a lot of

weight even then, but for me it must be normal.

From a hardcore CS purist's perspective, the only water you should make CS from

is steam distilled or deionized. Reverse Osmosis water is not pure enough,

although RO water would be much preferable to plain tap water.

It bothers me that there are so many different forms of water and so many

different necessities for each. Distilled, Deionized, Alkalized, Reverse

Osmosis, Gripe Water, Radon Water, and who knows what all else besides all the

hundreds of kinds of brands of filters that are available today. Not to mention

all the rest that I have not heard of or thought to mention. I am even drinking

salted water of late and it has its therapeutic purposes.

I have a water alkalizer, which had brought me a long way toward restored

health. But I haven't been able to afford new filters for that for 6 months, so

I am drinking out of a PUR pitcher, and I swear that does nothing at all and I

am wasting my money on their filters. I also have magnets on the pitcher, but

have been told that if my water is not hard, the magnets are not effective, and

I don't have hard water.

So I suppose CS is not in my future anywhere because I am not buying another

sink contraption to hook to another faucet in my house to make another kind of

water, even if I could afford it, because it would have to go in my master bath.

Unless somebody can tell me how to do this cheaply. I am not mechanically

inclined. I have looked at plenty of do it yourself colloidal silver machines

and still can't figure them out.

That's the theory but in our area reverse osmosis water performs better than

distilled, which is usually more acidic and much more costly. The water starts

out as the purest municipal water in Canada, and it is fresher than the

distilled when I use it (less dissolved air gases in it?) because I refill my

own jug. At any rate there's usually no tint, no sparklers, and very little

Tyndall effect in the finished product even at 40 PPM or higher. I think voltage

plays a role; I use 4000 volts.

all good,

It's about water purity for this exercise of making electro-colloidal silver,

Lyn. If the water isn't pure enough it will react with the electricity and the

silver ions, making compounds that are not central to our purpose.

You can buy RO water cheaply at the supermarket; I pay about $1 per US gallon. A

gallon of CS lasts awhile if you make it 40 PPM :)

This is not the sophisticated method such as Duncan offers but it is very

doable:

Google '9v colloidal silver'.

Connect 3 battery clips in series (positive to negative, connecting red wires

to black).

---It only looks like 2 to me. A positive and a negative. What do they mean,

three?

On the 2 unconnected wire ends, attach alligator clips. Preferably, solder to

hold well,

----Solder or hold what to what? And what do they mean----electrical tape can

be used after twisting wires together. I can't picture any wires twisted

together if one is on the positive and one is on the negative.

Put batteries on clips. Do not touch clips once the batteries are connected or

they will short!

----What batteries? They only show using one. And don't touch the clips once

connected? How am I supposed to get it back off the glass, especially if I have

to clean it while it is working?

Do you see why I don't understand this? You sent a different article, but it is

one of the same setups Duncan sent. This is supposedly the most basic, but it is

not simple to me or I would have one made already.
