Guest guest
Hi Bee, The vit c capsules I'm taking are 1,000mg of ascorbic acid, 30mg rose hips. So I guess I need to take 3 of these a day and a 1,000mg of a bioflavonoid. Can I take a 1,000mg of Rutin or would a citrus bioflavonoid be better? Thanks so much, Kim

Other than 3,000 mg of ascorbic acid, it is better to take 1,000 mg of a vitamin C tablet that contains rutin, bioflavonoids, etc. as described in the supplements information. Guest guest
Hi Colin: I believe one of the reasons that time release Vit C is not recommended by Bee is because they use soy somehow to make it " time-release " . So crushing the tablets won't help. You need to get the kind of Vit. C Bee recommends which is listed on her site on the supplements chart. Her recommendations are available through IHerb and they really do have some of the best prices I have found. Good luck, Marissa > thanks for letting me know that time realesed supplements are a no no as i already have a batch, i was wondering if crushing each tablet before i take it will help as it would then be abit like vit c powder, i would appreciate your thoughts,
