Guest guest
you may not believe this because your " doctor " told you differently, but cholesterol is not bad. people have eaten butter, whole eggs, and coconut oil since the beginning of time and they were much healthier than our generation. it just doesn't make sense for us to eat things made from men instead of from nature. these companies are drug companies make a lotta money on their drugs and fake fats. so yea, it is definitely safe for you to have those foods. > > I used to have high cholesterol, which I reduced by diet, ground flax seeds and cinnamon. I am worried my cholesterol will climb back up by taking butter, egg yolk and coconut oil. > On the other hand I want to get rid of my oral thrush. > Do you think it is safe for me? > > Thank You >

Welcome to our group. What is your name please? The cholesterol theory is a total scam by the medical and drug industries. Here's an article about the " true " causes of heart disease: http://www.westonaprice.org/moderndiseases/hd.html Here's a man who ate 25 eggs a day yet his cholesterol is low: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/eggs1.php The Masai tribe actually consumes 1 1/2 pounds of butter per day and their cholesterol is also low: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods26.php The best to you, Bee
