Guest guest
Hello Bee, I am sensitive to dairy so I thought about starting with Ghee (which I have made and used in the past) at first. For the first time though, , I have access to raw milk butter. I was wondering if heating it to 200 deg. in the oven to make Ghee would ruin all the 'raw' benefits? Otherwise, I may just as well use the store bought organic, since it has already been heated. Thanks!!! Muysana

The reason you are sensitive to dairy is because of its sugar content, called lactose, which feeds candida. The rule about lactose is: " The higher the butterfat content the lower the lactose. " Also butterfat helps digest lactose and proteins in dairy. If you follow the recipe carefully the ghee will be fine - here's the one on my website: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/baby.php The best, Bee
