Guest guest
Hi Amy, Bad odours (from any orifice) are from die-off. I'm sure it will be temporary, but I can't tell you how long it will last. A high fat diet with moderate protein won't give people bad breath. On the contrary, your mouth will feel and smell much fresher as you heal. > > My husband mentioned my breath has been unusually bad, which syncs with the timing of unusually strong smelling urine and gas. (sorry) Is this die-off, or some kind of imbalance I should explore? Is there a remedy that you suggest? I am assuming and hoping this is temporary and not a new " norm " while on heavy fats and proteins. > > Thanks, > Amy >
