I am really grateful for all of you. +++Hi There. If you are new, welcome to our group. What is your name please? What do you mean, how long do you do this for? Do you mean taking niacin (subject line), or following this program? The best in health, Bee
Guest guest
Sorry for my rudeness. I am still not quite used to the computer world, regarding communication. My name is Gloria. I suppose I mean. What is the niacin for? What is flush? Should I be on niacin continually. I saw somewhere that I should increase it. From what I understand, I stay on the diet for as long as I've been ill. It will probably be 2 years for me. Thanks, for your help, Bee. It's good to know your name since I do not remember people by their email. > I suppose I mean. What is the niacin for? What is flush? Should I be on niacin continually. It will probably be 2 years for me. +++You will understand all about niacin and why it is recommended, and about flushes they cause, etc. if you read " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " which is the basis of this group. Also ensure you read " Curing Candida, How to Get Started " - they are both on my website in the Candida/Yeast section: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/candida/index.php +++Niacin (B3) is part of the program and it is taken every day - see this article on Niacin: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/niacin.php +++Here's the Candida Diet Food List and other helpful info: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_2.php +++Here's the Candida Supplements List and information: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_4_3.php The best in health, Bee
Guest guest
Thank you, Bee. I guess it is obvious that I am new to the group. I have now figured out this , and how to get to the mail. It's embarrassing how little I know about the computer world. Anyway, I believe you are saving my life. I ran across your article in " Living Without " . This is after months and months of buying books that I thought were the answer. Raw, all fruit, the SCD diet. Nothing was working for me. I know I've finally discovered the right answer for me and it is this lifestyle. I can't thank you enough. My body is responding to this program and beginning to heal. I bought my Niacin yesterday. Within 20 minutes of taking it I got a big flush. I am learning so much. You are a life saver. I hope to be able to be one of the success stories that you can share on your website someday. For now, I know that with your yummy recipes and this group that I can make it. I probably have about 2 years of healing to do. Sticking to this program, my family is supportive, thank God. I'm looking forward to continuing to detox and heal my immune system. How can I make a donation to you? I see people talking about doing that. Take care, Gloria

It can be difficult to figure out, but you seem to be making progress. +++I was interviewed by phone for the Living Without magazine article, but I've never been able to read the final result - I can't find it - can you provide me with the link or name of the article? Thanks a bunch. > > I know I've finally discovered the right answer for me and it is this lifestyle. I can't thank you enough. Guest guest
Hi Bee, I called the store where I bought the magazine, hoping for another copy. They are all out. I will see if my husband can copy and paste the article to you. He's better at all of this computer stuff than me. I'll let you know, when he forwards it, so that you can let me know if you get it.
