Guest guest
Right now I am not able to exercise because of having palpitations and feeling very fatigued. I know I need to exercise to help my diabetes. Is there certain meat that is better for a person with high blood pressure and diabetes to eat? On what page does it tell you in the files how much protein you should be eating at each meal and how many carbs too. Do you need to have a balanced amount of protein and carbs? Does it matter if you are diabetic or have blood pressure issues to avoid certain meats or carbs or is the diet the same for everyone? Thank you for all your help Theresa

I answered most of your questions, which are the same in a previous email, this morning. Here's the files which explain how to calculate your protein to fat to carb ratios, and how to use www.fitday.com to find out the amount of each group of food you need to eat: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_2_2.php Are you sure you've thoroughly read " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " and " Curing Candida, How to Get Started " ? The reason I ask is because calculating your food ratios is in the 1st article, which is very important to read and understand: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/candida/index.php When you have diabetes all of the foods recommended are good for you. All human bodies require exactly the same set of nutrients in order for the body to heal itself, whether you have heart disease, candida, diabetes, asthma, etc., etc. - afterall we are all one species of animal.
