Guest guest
What do you think of the anti-nausea bracelets that you adjust on your wrist so when the pressure point is pushed it gives you relief-like accupuncture? They are drug free. My nausea gets very bad and ginger and baking soda bring no relief. Because I have had diarrhea constantly since starting this diet I am having difficulty telling if it is because of too much vitamin C. I was taking the highest amount-4 grams a day but I have been lowering my amount to see if the diarrhea would slack up and it hasn't. Should I take that to mean my diarrhea is just die off and not too much C? Thanks again for all of your help. Blessings to you, Darlene
Guest guest
Hi Darlene, It sounds to me like your diarrhea might be die-off. I had it for nearly 9 months so it can last for quite some time. I used those bracelets when I had morning sickness in my pregnancy. In my opinion, they didn't work. Maybe other people have had a better experience with them. > > What do you think of the anti-nausea bracelets that you adjust on your wrist so when the pressure point is pushed it gives you relief-like accupuncture? They are drug free. My nausea gets very bad and ginger and baking soda bring no relief. My life saver through this diet has been little cinnamon tablets that I buy at Whole Foods. They absolutely reduce nausea to bearable levels and they do it fast too. I could not recommend them enough, plus cinnamon is anti fungal too. I also used to press on those acupressure points by hand and that helped a lot too. I never got a bracelet cause I'm paranoid about nickel, but I can imagine that they would work well. I haven't had any experience with those bracelets. They are drug free. My nausea gets very bad and ginger and baking soda bring no relief. +++Ensure you are taking Betaine hydrochloric acid supplements and drinking enough fluids with meals. > Because I have had diarrhea constantly since starting this diet I am having difficulty telling if it is because of too much vitamin C. You may be one of those people. If you do, then don't do clear water enemas every day after 9 days. After 9 days do them every 5 days. I hope that helps. Guest guest
I've used those bracelets on a ferry and had no problems with nausea (I usually don't do so well on boats). Also, a good friend of mine used them the whole first trimester of her pregnancy, and she swore by them. So I supposed your mileage may vary...
