Enemas are new to me, and I am noticing " undigested matter " --possibly salads

and/or meats. ?? (Gross, sorry!)

I can't bare to think of eliminating those things as I feel that is all that is

left in my diet. Any thoughts or suggestions? Chewing more throughly is

something I am working on, but I find I am so starving come meal time that the

slow eating process is challenging!

Does it matter if I am not fully digesting salad?? I imagine the undigested

meat is probably more toxic and of concern?

Thanks in advance for the feedback.

+++Hi Amy. I assume you mean you can't bare thinking of eliminating raw

vegetables from your diet. Raw vegetables are very hard on digestion and you

aren't obtaining nutrients available in them like you would if you cooked all

vegetables - see this article:

Yes, it matters that your digestion is poor, and raw vegetables aren't helping

you. Meats, eggs and " good " fats are so much easier for humans to digest than

any carbs.

You should be taking Betaine hydrochloric acid supplements (HCl) to help your

digestion, along with other recommendations on improving digestion:
