From what I have read, I think that Bee does not believe in allergies ... but I

guess that sensitivities to cytotoxins is still a concern. I have read much

about staying away from fungus, fungally contaminated seeds and grains, washing

veggies very well to remove fungus and avoiding fungal toxins of any kind.

Therefore, how do nutritional yeast flakes fit in? The don't have any toxins?

Or are they not good for candida diet?

Another wondering I have had regards yogurt and kiefer. We can't do dairy, but

what about those?

Thanks,
