Guest guest
Hello all, Since I've been taking some of the supplements.... I've tried taking supplements with my food but I tend to vomit on my foods. I've found taking the supplements after eating the foods and have a very full stomach then I'm all right. If I have a little foods in my stomach then taking the supplements then my stomach would get queasy and nausea. I've learned whats best for me is taking the supplements after eating. You can take all of your supplements and oils after finishing your meal if you wish. If you forget, it is okay to take them up to 2 hours after a meal since the food will still be in your stomach. Guest guest
This post got me thinking and I usually take all my supplements about 5 minutes before I eat a meal. Is it better to take all my supplements after food is in my stomach? Guest guest
Including HCL, Bee? I think we are supposed to take them 30 minutes after a meal, but I can't seem to remember so was thinking of switching to at the end of the meal. Is this OK? Chris > > +++Hi Geo. You take HCl according to the article How to Take Hydrochloric Acid Supplements, which is 30 minutes after meals. If you forget you can take them up to 2 hours after a meal and they will still be effective. Bee
Guest guest
Hi Heidi, I think it would probably be okay for you to take your supplements an hour after eating, but much longer than that, might be hard on your stomach. Perhaps Bee can comment more on that. If you forget to take them in the morning, though, it's fine to take them at lunch and dinner. Group Moderator > > Hello! > > Although I do my best to take my supplements with meals, I do occasionally forget. (This is all still a bit new to me.) However, I often realize my mistake shortly after the meal. How long after completing my meal can I take supplements for it to still be considered WITH the meal? One hour? A few hours? > > If I forget in the morning, is it OK for me to take morning supplements with lunch, then evening supplements with supper? Or would those two doses be too close together? Is " too close together " better than not taking them at all? > > I'm SO grateful for your passion to help us heal!!! > > Heidi >
