> Thanks Bee for your priceless replys. I went ahead and ordered niacin

seperately. I can use all the help I can get:). I also ordered white willow bark

for my grandmother to try. Toxins have really taken hold of her knee to the

point where she can barely walk on it. I hope that she will be able to replace

her tylenol dependency with this. Is it safe for her to use even if she is on

medications(blood pressure, some type of memory pill, and she also takes a

sleeping pill)She is 96.

+++Hi kelly. Yes, she can safely take white willow bark. Also mix oil of

oregano 50/50 with olive or coconut oil to be rubbed it into her knee. Ensure

she understands to wash her hands before touching her eyes or mouth.

If she gets a rash or redness, that's not bad since it is toxins and radiation

coming out, but to lessen such reactions dilute the oil of oregano more.

What is the theraputic dose for white willow bark in treating migraines? Is

there any danger to taking too much, and what amount would be considered too

much? (So far it is not working for me, boohoo!)

I have tried the alcohol free tincture and put three droppers under my tongue

(recommended dose is 1-2 droppers). Also, the flavor is sweet--is that ok for

candida? (surprised me)

In addition I ordered the capsules, and am hoping to have better luck, or use

the tincture and capsules in combination.

Thanks,

Amy

+++Hi Amy. Follow the instructions on the label. Yes, it is possible to take

too much of anything, even water. lol!

Hi :

> I have chronic headaches (mostly sinus/pressure headaches) and sometimes they

flare up and almost feel as if they are a migraine. I was wondering if white

willow bark would help this? Also, how do I take white willow bark? (with food,

how much, can you take too much?)

***White Willow bark is the natural remedy that aspirin is based on. You can

follow the directions on the bottle. Also one drop of clove oil placed in the

roof of your mouth is helpful for headaches. And oil of oregano mixed 50/50

with coconut oil (a few drops of each) can be rubbed onto your skin where the

headache pain seems strong. You can also sniff the oil of oregano from the

bottle to help with the pain.

***The headaches may be retracing but they can also be a die-off/detox symptom.

So you may also want to do some of the things Bee recommends for dealing with

this such as dry-skin brushing, coffee enemas, and epsom salt baths.

Hope you feel better soon,

Marissa (a group moderator)

+++Hi . You should probably have a little food with the white willow

bark, since it can be hard on your stomach - I suggest an egg.

Yes, you can take too much, so follow the doses on the label.

Lara,

I've been on the program for almost a month without cheating at all. I'm up to 2

tablespoons of VCO. Prior to starting this program, I have been off sugar and

fruit and grains for 4 months.

I feel like lately my headaches have gotten worse and my cheeks are very sore

and tender.

My sinus issues are my main complaint.

Did you do anything else to help? I use the neti pot every day!!

+++Hi . All of your symptoms are caused by detoxification, which is part

of the healing processes.

Here's help for sinuses, and you can use a neti pot with the solutions

recommended if you wish:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/sinus4.php

But of course healing comes from within and that takes time.

Also if you've had any of those symptoms in the past your body will be retracing

them while it is healing itself - see Understanding Retracing & Healing

All the best, Bee
