The statistics show that over 30% of patients with periareolar scars have

problems with nipple sensation and breast feeding difficulties. I believe

this is reason enough to avoid this incision. .

If I am able to I use the periareolar incision to remove the implants if it

would not compromise the en bloc technique. .
