Guest guest
I've been doing pretty good w/ severe bloating since Nov 18 (last post for this thread) up until yesterday; I have been bloated all along but I was able to tolerate it. This time the constipation was NOT a problem. I wonder if this is die-off of retracing... I have been to ER many times throughout the years with these symptoms so it would make sense to be retracing... but I still would like it easier if available Yesterday I had to leave work early I could barely breathe and move At home I immediately made coffee enema; the first part just got my bowels going with bad cramps (not as terrible as before) and the second part just stayed in. For my sinus cleanse I used Vit C crystals +baking soda. Then I took a long warm bath and went to sleep early after a good meditation. I have recently just decreased to amount of eggs per day (6-7) and today decreased the butter (can't do CO yet..) I wonder what else should I do. Today I am still bloated and I do not care for food; I only had the 2 egg drink this morning and I am sipping electrolyte drink; I have no desire for food 'cause the smallest amount of food will get me hurting bad again. Yesterday the bloating was pushing my left and right sides and up my chest, but today it bothers me more on the lower left side (old pain) which shoots to the back by the kidney area, and the bottom of my abdomen, it feels like I have heavy stones down there and feels like I'm loosing my rectum/vagina; if I sit on warm heating pad or apply it to my lower left side feels good. I am a bit tired but not as bad as yesterday. I'll eat a bit of baked spinach+egg so I can take the B complex for now. My stomach on left side just started gurgling which to me is a good sign and " music to my ears " Urine flow is weak, no burning when urinating. What do I do when I get home to make this healing crisis a bit easier? Probiotic enema? Garlic enema? Make CO suppositories? How many? Thank you very much. It certainly seems as if you are experiencing " retracing " symptoms, so hang in there. This too shall pass. > Yesterday I had to leave work early I could barely breathe and move +++Those symptoms could have been caused by " retracing " of anesthetics; have you had any dental or medical procedures using them? One thing that might help you is to breath in steam and do deep breathing exercises at the same time. To create steam run your shower hot until the bathroom fills up (be careful not to get burned when you turn it off). Then sit in the room and do deep breathing: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/breath1.php <snip> > I have recently just decreased to amount of eggs per day (6-7) and > today decreased the butter (can't do CO yet..) I believe you are experiencing " retracing " symptoms. When you feel that bad I recommend you go on a mostly liquid diet, per the 9-day program, including clear water enemas: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig6.php I hope that helps my friend! I'll definitely do the 9 day liquid program. About the enema, I have difficulties inserting 2+ cups at one time. I have to do it twice. Guest guest
> Bee, I wonder how retracing works... older to younger or younger to > older or severe to less severe symptoms??? I was thinking that if > retracing works older to younger then one would know when they are > close to the finish line by retracing the very first symptoms... ***Hi Carmen. This is from the Hering's Law of Cure article: " Healing progresses in a definite order, going in reverse chronological order, from the most recent illnesses to the oldest, and in the process of cure a person may re-experience previous symptoms, also called re-tracing symptoms. This means that usually the last symptom someone has experienced is the first symptom to be dealt with by the body in the reversal process. For instance, let's say the last illness you had was a sinus infection and a suppressive medication was used to stop any sneezing, coughing, dripping nose or sinus drainage. In order for the body to heal itself it must eliminate toxins that were previously suppressed, which is mainly the medication. Since this was the last illness it is the easiest area for the body to heal. The body may stimulate the immune system to create a fever to burn out the toxins. The toxins may be eliminated through the lungs or bronchioles causing a large amount of phlegm (mucus) to be produced from these areas. It might eliminate them through the skin causing breakouts, rashes, etc. or it could eliminate them through the intestines by creating diarrhea or inflammation. These are just a few ways the body heals itself. " ****Also, since it takes 1 month of natural healing for every year, you can predict retracing. Something that originally lasted for 3 days would last maybe hours (if someone knows math they could divide 3 days into 365 days a year). > > > +++Those symptoms could have been caused by " retracing " of > > anesthetics; have you had any dental or medical procedures using > > yeap, plenty of medical procedures and even plenty-er dental work ***That's good for you to pinpoint these retracing episodes. > > > them? Ensure the liquid is as close to body temperature as possible so it won't trigger the bowel to empty. Yes, you can roll over to make the liquids reverse their travel higher into the large colon. Let me know how it goes. Luv & Hugs, Bee

I do have a history of bad rectal pain/inflammation and hemorroids plus spastic colon. Last night for example, I expected the 2nd round of enema to stay in a little longer because of the 1st round had me empty some bowel, but it did not work that way, I inserted water until I felt fuller then 1st time and was able to retain for about 8 minutes... You do not try to retain a clear water enema at all - it is not in the instructions. A coffee, probiotic or antifungal enema can be retained, but they are also very helpful if you can't retain them. Back when I did them during my candida cure, I didn't know about retaining a enemas, but they still helped me a lot. Put in all of the water, and then let 'ur go when it wants to. LOL! This morning I was less bloated but my legs are killing me, they are all swollen; my urine flow was a bit better but not much; it is evident to me that I retain water in my intestines when I get this severe bloating; my face is all puffy especially under the eyes. My question is: do I still want to do the clear water enema when my bloating is caused (mostly) but water retention? Thank you Bee. Guest guest
> +++Hi Carmen. Have you ever had water retention in the past? > > Bee > Oh, yes! Last year I even used prescription drugs to help with the edema; it felt good to feel my body and my legs lighter. Well, no more drugs now... looks like I'm retracing, but when it interferes to much with daily life - it's just to hard. Today I look pregnant of only 4-5 months as opposed to 6-7 months After I learned about magnesium oxide from my gi doctor, I would take that up to 4000mg per day to help with evacuation and sometimes I would evacuate watery stuff and that always made me feel better; but I don't do this now. I wonder though why constipation if there is much water in the intestines? The water goes into the intestines walls and not into the contents of the intestines? It appears as if you are retracing your previous episodes of water retention, and that's good! You are also retracing constipation! > I wonder though why constipation if there is much water in the > intestines? The water goes into the intestines walls and not into the contents of the intestines? +++I don't believe there is lots of water in your intestines, although it may feel like it. I think it's gas, since candida produces carbon dioxide (gas), so it is a very common symptom. One of the functions of the large intestines is to remove liquids from foods and distribute them throughout the body. +++So your water retention, evidenced by your legs swelling and also your constipation are due to retracing, which are unrelated to enemas. Because your symptoms are caused by " retracing " there isn't a lot you can do in the meantime, since your body needs to heal itself. If you wish you can stop the enemas for awhile, and just let your body do its thing, continuing to take Epsom salt baths. You can drink 4 cups of ginger tea a day, to help with the gas and bloating - here's the recipe: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/recipe178.php After your gas and bloating subsides, you can stop having the tea. It isn't pleasant to experience die-off symptoms or retracing, but in order to heal properly that's the way things have to be. My brother went through horrible retracing symptoms of his past Lyme's Disease, West Nile Virus, psoriasis, etc., along with die-off/healing symptoms. Members of this group have had similar experiences. I understand how tough it is; if you read my candida story you can see how much I suffered to get healthy. This too shall pass, as we always say, so please hang in there! Lot of healing hugs, Bee
Guest guest
Dear Bee, thank you for your encouragement. You are so awesome! I'd like to report that I'm actually feeling better... It is the magnesium and essential oils that helped plus very little food. Magnesium Oxide 4000 mg at night, after 2nd night the bowels moved with water, no cramps. This gives me so much relief. I also get to hear stuff being released from my left side, that is music to me years I also took essential oils internally in a capsule peppermint+ginger+geranium - this helped with eliminating the gas - yeaey! (my gas gets very stubborn and won't come out ) I feel lighter today. My legs are lighter, my face is less puffy. I'm still bloated but this much is do-able. Interesting thing about Magnesium, my legs (calf) did cramped at night before this high does of mag, but the cramps stopped right after the first dose... You have cautioned me to not to take that much magnesium for very long, since it will throw off mineral balances, so last night I started my first bone broth (beef) for it's minerals richness. I only boiled it for 12 hours so far and I'm looking forward to having it since it smells soooo good! Hugs, Carmen > > +++Hi Carmen. You go girl. I caution you about taking essential oils like you are since they are highly concentrated and very powerful, even though they seem to help you with gas. Peppermint is also highly antifungal (I don't know whether germanium is or not), so that needs to be taken into consideration. I recommend drinking ginger tea instead of taking essential oils. Remember, that " more is not better " and I've seen too many people taking " extra things " like that, and in the long-run it can interfere with the program, rather than help. Essential oils aren't intended to be taken long-term. Congrats making your first bone broth! I hope you do well on it! Hugs, Bee
Guest guest
Dear Bee, after doing the enemas and puree-ing the food and not getting considerable relief I stopped the egg drink (egg, butter, cinnamon) To bad, 'cause I really like the egg drink, to me that is the 'treat' of the day After 5 days I finally felt some relief and noticed less water retention. I've decreased the magnesium oxide from 4000 to 2500 and bowels were moving just fine to my surprise:) Also, I was able to pass a little gas which felt good (I was not passing gas during the severe bloating). I always had the feeling that I do not *eliminate* properly (stool, urine, gas, toxins, etc). I even gained weight this episode; if the toxins are stored in the fat then loosing the fat would help eliminate the toxins, right? (liposuction? just kidding:) I wonder if the butter is what kills me this bad or is it the sulfur in the eggs? I will start the egg drink again, only 1 egg this time with olive oil instead of butter and I promise to not overload on cinnamon. See how that goes then I'll try lard to see if any difference. I can not handle CO due to bad side effects of anger & irritability (to bad 'cause I really like the taste of CO). I do take at least 4+ Tbsp olive oil daily even without the egg drink. Niacin and flushing are going good, I am now at 400mg daily. I do not flush every day though and I flush very little over my tummy. B complex I take 250mg per day, 150am+100lunch. Coffee enemas - how much is to much? how often is safe? Vitamin C - I do the sinus rinse w/ VitC 2000mg +Baking Soda almost daily at night (am I take the other 2000) I've increased HCL w/ meals -my abdomen distends from the smallest bite. Between Pau D'Arco tea and electrolyte drink I do my best depending on how much *room* I have in my bloating (oh, when I'm bloated this bad, I'm not even hungry, a toddler eats more food then me;) Epsom salt baths I take almost daily, dry skin brushing almost daily. I'm puree-ing my foods and I actually like it better this way. What else should I do? Foods that increase intestinal motility? which foods? I am a bit sad that every time I make a little progress w/ antifungals the severe bloating kicks in and I have to step back, and I'm not even taking CO. I have a feeling this slows the healing down a bit. I've been on this diet for 7.5 months and I just recently retraced my 2007 episodes, maybe this severe bloating is retracing, but how long does the retracing go? 1 year of bloating to 1 month of bloating or 1 yr to 1 yr? Thank you much, Carmen

Natural healing does take time and will cause discomfort. However, after reading your post, and learning that you have been " on the diet " for over seven months and are still not taking coconut oil I feel you might serve yourself best by making the arrangements with Bee to have a private phone consultation. You will not progress without some of the anti-fungal foods and if you speak with Bee personally, she might be able to help you create a plan to get them into your diet. I know you are experiencing so much distress and bloating, but I just think you are treading water with this program until you can get on the coconut oil. I don't mean to suggest that you aren't getting benefits from the other aspects of Bee's diet, but I think you should be progressing farther than you have and speaking with Bee and getting a firm plan in place might get you on the right track. Your supplements also need reviewing. Hope this helps, Marissa

Of course during natural healing your body will " retrace " any and all symptoms, diseases, illnesses, injuries, etc., which is according to Hering's Law of Cures, including gas, bloating, diverticulitis, and any other diseases or irritations in your bowels. It is extremely important that you follow the diet carefully and take all of the supplements, since all nutrients in this program work together. If you don't follow the program carefully, also ensuring your supplements are correct and taken in the right amounts, you will get much more die-off symptoms including gas and bloating. Also if you are taking any other things that are not on the program they will interfere with the healing process, i.e. hormones, birth control pills, other drugs, herbs, green drinks, etc, etc. You also would start with small amounts of coconut oil and gradually increase it so your die-off symptoms like gas and bloating aren't so severe. Taking too many antifungals can also cause more die-off symptoms that are unnecessary. Ginger tea or cilantro are excellent for gas and bloating. So please re-check all of your foods, and your supplements. Bee
Guest guest
Hi Christie. You also need to know that the lining of the intestines regenerates itself every 4 days, and that CO, butter and other good fats, including Omega-3, vitamins A, D and E, all work together to strengthen the lining of the intestines and also to heal and cleanse the bowel. So do ensure you are taking the correct kind of cod liver oil and in the right amounts, along with other supplements. The best, Bee
