Calcim phoshate and the others? +++Hi Miodrag. The best one is: Vitamin C 500mg Information A superb additional vitamin C tablet. A perfect complement to any one-a-day multivitamin product. DAILY INTAKE: 1-4 tablets with food. Active ingredients per tablet: Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)_________________500mg Rosehips________________________________50mg Citrus Bioflavonoids______________________25mg Other ingredients Microcrystalline Cellulose, Protein Coating, Silica, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate Free from sugar Free from lactose Free from yeast Free from gluten Free from wheat And you can also buy the first ascorbic acid powder listed, which only contains ascorbic acid. Other ingredients are usually in the coating of the tablets, and even though they are not ideal, it is almost impossible to avoid them. However they will be very small amounts. Some ingredients are needed to keep the tablets from sticking to the machinery at the manufacturing plant. So don't be concerned about them. The vitamin C above is fine to use. > http://www.yournutritionshop.co.uk/shopexd.asp?id=1993 +++You do not need to buy this 2nd product, which contains bioflavonoids, etc., even though the vitamin C above is somewhat low on bioflavonoids.
