Die-off symptoms are the same as healing and detoxifying symptoms, which are all called Herxheimer Reactions - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal2.php We only have one immune system, so there are only one set of reactions possible. So do you mean you are not experiencing any symptoms of any kind? What do you mean by " promote " healing? You are promoting healing just by providing your body with proper nutrients and eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida, etc. etc. The best, Bee

I only have die off symtpoms when I eat too many onions or too much butter. I was wondering if it is better for me to stay on the diet with no die off, or if it is better to create die off (that is with onions and butter) I guess I am trying to say that right now, the diet + the supplements is not giving me any die off symptoms / healing reactions. I feel like old me. I've been through die off and now it is over. it only gets back with onions or with too much butter. is it better to stay like this or is it better to increase my butter and my onions so that I have again die off / healing reactions?? I am sorry if I am not making it clear. Marisa >

Are you taking 6 tbsp. of unrefined coconut oil per day? If you are, you should have added 1 other antifungal like raw garlic, oil of oregano or clove oil. How much is too much butter for you? I've been taking oil of oregano for 2 months now. I am on my 6th month. Too much butter for me is more than 4 tbs. Thank you so much Marisa

NO I am not a super woman!!! I am just lucky cause I was ill for only 3 years (maybe more, but totally no symptoms before!) so that is why I progressed really fast + I did some wrong movements (taking TOO much coconut oil at the beginning that made things move too fast - don't do it...it was too hard on my body) > any way you made me laugh so much!!!!!! god bless you!!! I think that everyone following this diet is a super hero. I often get that " I couldnt possibly do what you are doing " comment, and yes I believe that it takes a lot of courage to eat the way we do. So we are all super heroes hope you are progressing too! Guest guest
Good for you Marisa on being able to take that much oil etc. I'm just starting month number eight and considering starting the coconut oil again. I was having too much die off on it so I have not been taking it. Glad you asked Bee this question as I have been feeling pretty good lately and wondered if I could just heal without the coconut oil etc. I had an unbelievable week last week of feeling great. The best ever until I cheated last Fri. & Sat. Had dinners out with relatives. I understand the importance of the coconut oil and just need to bite the bullet. [ ] Re: to die off or not to die off??? Ordinarily you wouldn't want to push your body so you get die-off symptoms, but since butter and onions seems to be so important for your body you could gradually increase them.
