Which is Better, HCL or Sauerkraut??

Which one is better for the body for increasing stomach acid? Which

one is safer in trying to conceive and during pregnancy? The Natural

factors HCL is fenugreek, and I know that increase milk supply but

don't know if it's not good to take when trying to conceive and

pregnant. Which is best?

Hi . HCl and sauerkraut are both safe when trying to conceive,

and also during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

Some people meed to take HCl and also eat sauerkraut. Others do good

on just sauerkraut, or just HCl. I can't say one is better than the

other; it depends upon how the person does on them. There are also
