+++Your body does not increase body fat because of consuming unrefined

coconut oil, butter, etc. There's other reasons your body will create

body fat, which are:

1) to store toxins away from vital inner organs

2) high amounts of insulin, and insulin resistance due a high carb, low

good fats diet, etc.

3) hormone imbalances, or taking any kinds of hormones, birth control

pills, and drugs of all kinds (all of which are toxic).

4) low adrenal and thyroid function

I have sent this a couple times and it didn't post sorry if this is a

duplicate

That is interesting...because I had tests done (I am 48) and I take a low

progesterone bio identical...as well as I tested with adrenal fatigue as well

have all the symptoms of chronic fatigue and fibermyalga...my naturepath

wanted to put me on a thyroid med because she felt the tests was too border

line....but my reg dr said no she didn't think so ...still trying to figure that

out!

So it does sound like I have a lot of those symptoms for gaining weight...I

do really crave carbs...and find it hard to stay off junk food...so probably

not the fat..itself...now that I am reading this response I see that I need

to make some changes and see what happens...Is is a good idea to do a colon

cleanse first....and if so what type....and then on to a liver cleanse? I just

do not think I have normal candida signs but maybe I just do not understand

what they are...Thanks for the breakdown of reasons for gaining weight....
