Guest guest
Amy, Each person's situation is unique, depending on where you are located, type of insurance, etc. In my wife's case, our surgeon's office handled arranging all the insurance approvals. From the time my wife was determined to be a candidate for the CI, it took about 4-5 weeks for the insurance approval. Then, she had to wait another 4 weeks for the surgery, and finally, an additional month after surgery for healing before hook-up. Guest guest
Me too, have been waiting 3 weeks for Cigna to authorize a CT scan ... sigh ... impatient am I!!! -- abcardsinc <abcardsinc@...> wrote:Three weeks ago today I was told I am a candidate... now I am waiting for insurance authorization. I have Blue Cross. Any idea how long this will take? I am impatient since vacation has started and if there is a chance having a CI could stop, minimize, or mask the roaring tinnitus, it can't happen fast enough. I am ready for the next step. -Amy
Guest guest
I found the candida shopping list. Wow. It's definitely going to be difficult for us. The cravings are strong for the other foods not allowed. OK. I'll deal with the complaining from my family but how long will it take to heal vaginitis and hyperactivity, please? My 5 year old is constantly tempted by what other classmates are eating. Today I allowed us to have some home-made applesauce (just apples and cinnamin). Is a cheat like that going to set us way back? Thanks. Kathy

The reason I ask is because I haven't posted the Shopping List on my website since it needed to be revised, so if you found it in the files it is outdated. +++It takes 1 month of natural healing for every year you've been unwell, so if you had vaginitis for 10 years, it takes 10 months. If your 5 year old has had hyperactivity since being born, it will take almost 6 months. +++One cheat isn't going to set you back a lot, if you are getting the " proper nutrients " at the same time. You'll get more symptoms from a cheat since it takes about 3 days to clear out the toxins it creates. As time goes by the body becomes more efficient at clearing out toxins too.
