Guest guest Posted January 10, 2009 Report Share Posted January 10, 2009 Hello Bee and everyone. Just one more question. I counted my daily fat intake. It is much more than the optimal diet suggests. I am taking about 350 gr fat and I was supposed to take max 170. Is that a problem? It doesn't seem to make my stomach upset. And it is definately not making me fat. On the contrary, I thought it was a way to start taking some healthy pounds ( I really need that. People start asking me if I suffer from anorexia.) Thank you. Marisa - Athens.
