Guest guest
Dear Bee, I’m plugging along with the diet, thinking of you in Canada and all your snow, and wishing for it here in MD! Re: ascorbic acid and baking soda for sinus rinse 1-When I mix ascorbic acid with baking soda and make a solution (per your sinus recipe), after a day or so the mixture turns tawny like weak iced tea. It is okay to keep using it? Also, the dry mix also turns a tawny color, not as dark at the solution. Should I only mix as much as I need for a day, or is it okay to mix several teaspoons at once? Thanks in advance for your answer! Love, Rhe
