No die-off... or not very much...

Hi all,

I am reading about all of you struggling with die-off and I wonder

what is wrong with me. I am up to 4-5 tablespoons of virgin coconut

oil, plus 2 cloves of raw garlic a day, Bee's egg drink and 6 x 6 oz

of electrolyte drink a day, plus a couple more eggs, lots of organic

butter, good ration of proteins and fat and allowed veggies and all

the supplements (except the B3 that is coming soon in the mail, plus 4

capsules of probiotics per day)... and I feel GREAT!!

My energy is good, I don't feel the need to nap in the afternoon as I

used to, I have much less congestion too. Other than that, I have had

a couple of episodes of retracing panic attacks (light ones) and

depression (which I suffered from when I was younger) that lasted one

hour or two. I did have migraine since I started the program (on Dec.

26, after 6 weeks of GAPS intro : only food I had in addition of Bee'

allowed food were carrots, beets, squash and a tiny bit of honey and

nut butters).

However, I take some meds (antidepressant and thyroid meds). I already

started decreasing the antidepressants very slowly and plan on

decreasing the thyroid meds when I get all the right brand of supplements.

Is it the medication keeping me from healing (although I already feel

better!). Why am I not experimenting clear die-off symptoms? What is

happening? Should I already had more coconut oil and then more

antifungals? It seems quite early on the program.
