Are sprouts OK? and Toasted sesame seed oil and rice miso

Hi all,

According to the list of allowed foods on the program, soaked seeds

are fine. Can I assume that alfalfa, red clover, fenugreek and other

sprouts are fine?

Are soaked and sprouted lentils and peas fine? I guess not, they

probably still are too high in carbs, are they?

Is it OK to have a tiny bit of toasted sesame seed oil on my sprouts

along with cold pressed extra-virgin olive oil? I guess toasted oil

goes rancid... and becomes toxic, am I right?

What about rice miso (fermented 2 years), is this too high in carbs? I

know this is a great detoxifying and chelating for... but probably for

non-candida sufferers, right?
