Guest guest
OK so here's a question I have on my mind today. I've been taking clear water enemas for a few months now. About 5 or 6 weeks ago I started doing coffee enemas once a week (after a clear water enema to clean out the bowel). Usually when I disperse the enema, it is a dark colored liquid (sorry if this is TMI). Today's clear water enema produced a large amount of formed stools- not the liquid I have had every single time in the past. Is there a reason for this? Is it a good thing? I felt wonderful afterwards, so I know it wasnt a bad thing- I'm just curious what would cause such a dramatic change and if it is something to look forward to in the future. thanks- I certainly don't have anyone here to ask this question to! -Sara
