Guest guest
Dear Bee, I'm sorry to ask you this again, but I'm confused. In September we had an exchange in message 58671 and you told me nuts are not included in the program. But now I see certain nuts on the candida allowed foods list on your website http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foodslist.php as long as they are properly soaked and dried. I had been using soaked and dried nuts before your diet and did not seem to have digestive troubles with them. But I don't want to eat them if they will slow my progress. I really do stick to the diet and sometimes do not have a weekly cheat. When I do they are things like cream in my coffee, or I had carrots and parsnips on Christmas. In some recent exchanges you seem to indicate that nuts and seeds (properly prepared) are acceptable. Can you tell me whether you think properly prepared nuts and seeds are okay for me? Thanks in advance for your answer! love, Rhe
